Case Study: Tracy’s First Therapist Website

Tracy Bankier, a counsellor and psychotherapist, had been running her business without a website. Like many therapists, she relied on directories like Psychology Today and Counselling Directory to bring in clients. But Tracy knew having her own professional therapist website would give her a focal point for her business and help potential clients connect with her more directly.

We worked closely with Tracy to design a website that reflects who she is as a therapist. Every detail, from the colour scheme to the layout, was thoughtfully planned to create a site that felt warm, welcoming, and professional. The new website sits behind her directory listings, helping to funnel enquiries and encourage clients to reach out.

To make things even easier for Tracy, we also set up a new calendar booking system. This allows clients to book sessions online, freeing Tracy from the back-and-forth of managing her diary. With this in place, she can focus more on her work as a therapist and less on admin.

Tracy was delighted with her website and the whole process. As someone who’d never had a website before, she appreciated the guidance and support we provided at every step.

What Tracy had to say:

"James has been patient, encouraging, and has really captured who I am as a therapist. I’ve welcomed his passion and patience and enjoyed the experience.

Thank you so much for designing a website for me that really captures who I am as a therapist. This has helped me to create a professional image and a focal point for my business."
